Bride, Tracy, was so sweet and easy going!

Sugar and Spice travelled to St. John  at the Great Expectations villa to pamper and beautify Tracy and her sister/ maid of honor !

Tracy decided on a soft curly updo that incorporated soft waves being tousled back into an intricate up sweep complete with orchid floral hair accents which looked lovely in Tracy's beautiful brunnete hair.

She also requested a very soft and natural makeup session that brought out her best feautures while adding a bit of "ooh la la" to the overall look.

Tracy's maid of honor went for a low updo with orchid accents with volume at the crown and a side bang in the front. Her makeup session included a bit more dramatic look with smokey eyes and soft cheeks and lips.

Polish Bride Ania was such a treat to work with!! We sat down for her first beauty service; a manicure and found out we have so much in common!

She was the sweetest, most genuine person and Sugar and Spice wishes her and her new husband nothing but the best the world has to offer!!

Ania requested a half up-half down hairstyle with a bit of volume at the crown. We added a sparkly headband to complete the look.

For her makeup we used the airbrush method which lasts for hours and suited Ania's beach wedding perfectly. Ania requested smokey eyes and a nude natural look to the rest of her face. We used heather gray, bronze and shimmery silver accents to bring out her light eye color and fun loving personality. To complete the look, we used individual eyelash extensions that made her eyes "Pop" and a rose pink lip stain for her pretty pucker.

Bridal Beauty Michelle at Garden of Eden Villa, St. Thomas

Our Bride Michelle was bubbly and excited from the moment we met her. With silky gorgeous hair and an amazing complexion we just knew this beauty session was going to blow everyone away!

Michelle requested a soft half up- half down do with orchid floral accents and the airbrush makeup session which stays flawless for hours and is great for outdoor weddings!

The Bride also requested a warm and subtle look for her makeup. We made her great cheekbones and dark eyes stand out by using shimmery tones of champagne, bronze and peach to bring out her eye color, great complexion and full lips. We added individual eyelash extensions to add that extra drama to the eyes for her photos.

St. John Bride,Leytisha, gets a glowing recommendation

Sugar and Spice Artistry is always thrilled to work with local Brides and gladly booked Leytisha's wedding makeup at the Westin Resort in St. John.
Leytisha requested an overall glow to her makeup while keeping it natural and light. We suggested focusing on her high cheekbones, full lips and smooth complexion. We created a creamy smooth base for her foundation ( we had an amazing platte to work with from the start) and played up the eyes with hues of plum and gold complete with lash extensions and a shimmery gloss.

Sweet bride Victoria's wedding day makeover at Marriott Cove, St. Thomas

Victoria was bubbly and excited from the time we arrived. She requested a full updo of curls with a few tendrils left un-pinned. We added ivory orchids for that dreamy beach look. Victoria reuqested warm tones for her makeup session that brought out her green eyes and great cheekbones.

Her sister, also maid of honor, requested a bohemian hairstyle with a cross braid in the front and a tie knot bun that was placed off to the side. Her makeup session also used warm colors with a bit of bronze thrown in to compliment her olive skin tone.

A bride after my own heart-

Alex had a unique knack for wording her e-mails that made me know we would get along instantly. Feisty, independant and so funny, our appointment was non stop chatter and laughs.

Alex decided on an intricate side bun with a romantic side sweep in the front. We added colorful orchids that popped in her dark hair.

Sugar and Spice provided an airbrush makeup session for Alex which looked flawless. We used tones of gray, plum and pale gold to bring out Alex's eyes complete with lash extensions.

Sugar and Spice Artistry and bubbly bride Kyla at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort!

We had a blast with super fun bride Kyla at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort.
Kyla has beautiful, long and thick hair that worked perfectly with her desired bohemian style of a cross braid in the very front of her hair with cascading curls in the back.
Kyla requested a light and airy makeup application that accented her sea blue eyes complete with lash extensions!

Sugar and Spice Artistry worked with Martine, a beautiful bride all the way from our northern neighbor Canada.

She requested an elegant sideswept look that complimented her face shape and personal style. We opted for a chic side pin-up with cascading curls. We added a few orchids for that beachy touch.

Martine wanted to keep her makeup natural but focus on her high cheekbones and beautiful light eyes. We opted for shimmery colors that played up her fair skin and rose colored blush on the apples of her cheeks and a light glossy lip to match.
